Well, if you’ve read about my style, then you know that I like images that show who people really are…an unexpected reaction, sweet innocence, and down right ornery little ones! Some of my favorite pictures are pouting and crying faces. I also believe you can see a glimpse of a person’s soul by looking into their eyes, and I try to catch that in photographs.

I’ve had a love for photography since elementary school. I went from capturing candids of friends and family to photojournalism in high school. As the chief photographer for the school newspaper, I played in the darkroom and learned about developing film and making prints. We worked in black and white, and I grew to love the classic, timeless look. After graduating from Miami University, I made the switch to digital photography and never turned back!

So now I can share my genuine love of photography with others…and I’m so lucky to have a job I truly enjoy!

Let’s see…other than that, I am married to the most amazing man in the world and blessed with 2 little girls that melt my heart (even when they are driving me crazy!). I love spa days and girls’ nights, all things Apple (my Macbook Pro and iPod Touch are my favorite toys), Cherry Coke, Coffee, TV, books and movies. While I would wear flip-flops year round if I could, and my everyday uniform tends to be jeans and a tee, I do love to play with makeup and dress things up on occasion.

I grew up in Canton, Ohio – home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Canton McKinley Bulldogs! I graduated from Miami University and still love heading back to campus a few times each year.

I love to travel – New York City is one of my favorite places to be – but give me a warm beach and the sound of ocean waves any day and I’m in heaven!
